Returns

We are happy to accept returns if you change your mind, in line with UK law. All unwanted products must be returned within thirty days, with all tags attached and for reasons of hygiene, unworn and unwashed. We cannot refund the cost of returning goods.

In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or being incorrect, we will of course pay for your return postage - please contact us to arrange.

Please supply your name, address and telephone number when making a return.

Royal Mail should be used and a certificate of posting obtained as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. They are the sole responsibility of the customer. Goods should be returned from abroad using a prepaid insured, traceable method and packages should be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid delays at customs.

When we receive the returned goods you will be notified by email and your request will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original payment. Cheque and postal order payments will be refunded by cheque.
